Asthenopia — commonly called eye strain or Computer Vision Syndrome — is digital eye strain from prolonged screen use. Symptoms include tired, dry eyes, blurred vision, headaches and difficulty refocusing.

Simple habits make a big difference: follow the 20-20-20 rule (every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds), set up an ergonomic workstation, and use lubricating drops such as Ocufina or Restor-TF when eyes feel dry.
